Note: 3% convenience fee applies per transaction for credit card payments. There are no fees for ACH/eCheck payments.

Please do not manually change the payment amount to deduct fees.

The customer/purchaser/specifier have purchased a product of nature and are aware that certain markings of nature may appear in the goods and should expect to see these elements in their finished pieces.

All shipments must be opened and inspected immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery to the specified location. Good are not returnable unless approved by Keleen Management. Return of goods will not be accepted after 30 days. Restocking charges will apply for all returns.
