Returns are generally not accepted. In the event a return is approved, it will be subject to a restocking fee. Any claims regarding an order—including damage, defects, or discrepancies—must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt of the goods.

Items that are lost or damaged in transit by the carrier will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the carrier’s claim process.
